Erie Insurance was recognized as a J.D. Power and Associates’ 2011 Customer Service Champion.  This prestigious honor recognizes Erie Insurance as one of only 40 companies to earn this distinction.

The Customer Service Champion is unique in that this award is not relegated to companies within the Insurance Industry, but rather among all industries.

In order to achieve this distinction, companies must excel within their respective industries as well as across 20 major industries that J.D. Power surveyed.
