Having started his journey in insurance in 2017, John’s approach to insurance sets him apart. “My philosophy is to be available for my clients,” says John. “Clients have my cell number, email address, and office number. I want to be there to help during a tragic or sudden loss. I think everyone needs a calming advisor during their toughest times.”

Specializing in a wide range of insurance types including Home, Auto, Flood, Life, Health, Wind, and Hail, John’s dedication to his clients is evident in his commitment to going above and beyond. “A tornado hit Ocean Ridge Plantation, and the devastation was something I had never seen before,” recalls John. “I had a retired couple that was affected and knew the power was going to be out for over a week. I went to their home to check on them and surprised them by delivering a generator for them to use until the power was back on. They were totally shocked and grateful that an agent would go the extra mile to make sure they were safe during a horrific experience.”

Continuously staying updated on industry trends and changes, John emphasizes the importance of building relationships within the community. “All agents do training, but the cost to replace damaged homes or cars can only be learned by building relationships in your community with those doing the work,” explains John.
